We had a great experience from beginning to end, with one blip that was quickly resolved. Sales staff at the showroom were very helpful in explaining different options and grades available, giving ideas on color schemes.  They sent us home with a box full of good sized samples to compare at home.  They were prompt responding to our phone calls with questions.  After our decisions on materials and color were made, a friendly gentleman came to the house to make measurements. The finished countertops were delivered and installed about 4 weeks later.  One of the countertops was not quite right.  The installers called the office immediately to get the problem fixed. The installers were careful of the rest of the house, laying down drop cloths all the way from the the door to the kitchen and did a nice job cleaning up after themselves. A new countertop was made to replace the one that was cut in error and delivered the next day.  Again, the installers were right on time and got the job done promptly.

I found Premier Granite and Stone online, and emailed them photos of our kitchen with measurements. I had a quote from their sales rep, Ed Spoelma within 1 day of emailing, and had installed countertops a couple of weeks later. Every single interaction I had with the company was absolutely professional, and their quote was the most competitive of all that I had sought. I checked several references, all of which were glowing.
During the course of the project they came out to the house once to measure, and once to install, and both times arrived promptly.They also answered our numerous emails with questions promptly and politely. Their final installation cost was exactly the same as the first bid, and the workmanship was excellent. The owner was among those installing the granite.
I can't say enough about how pleasant, informative and professional the entire company was. It was a completely positive experience and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.
