WOW!!! I got a second time working with Jon Consiglio. The first time he diagnosed the problem with our garage door opener. I really liked him and he did such a great job. Because of the way the openers were attached to our doors (not done by Precision) the top panels of both of our doors became damaged and being 12yr old doors they could not be replaced. We decided to call Precision to get an estimate (which was free) and to my surprise I was able to get Jon again. Also to my surprise he came out the next day, a Saturday, after I called Friday afternoon. I couldn’t asked for better info on what I needed, what I could get, how long it would take to get them, how long it would take to install them and a rough idea of the cost which was pretty close to actual cost. Next is Benjamin the installer. He came out on time, very smart at his job, also very nice person. For us he did an excellent job of installation. Overall we are really happy with Precision and highly Recommend them.

I would give this company five stars. My garage door stopped working and I couldn’t even open it manually. I discovered this late in the afternoon. I called Precision and they sent Jordan out within several hours and he was able to diagnose the problem and fix it the same day. Very happy with the results and even upgraded my motor. It is now nice and quiet.

Excellent work. Whoever installed our garage door made it very complicated. Jeremy did some amazing trouble shooting and got the garage door running in no time. I was very pleased with the service, communication and end result. I absolutely recommend this company.

Everything was very fast and efficient. From phone call to repair was less than 2 hours. The installer was very friendly and professional. The only complaint I have is that it is expensive. Doing research after the fact I discovered that I could have had it done cheaper but not as fast and possibly not as high of quality springs. Also they only warranty the repair for 1 year. My research showed that other warranties are for much longer when having service performed by large corporations such is this.

Jerome was a great representative of the precision family, he called ah3ad, he showed up and worked digently for 2 hrs sweating his but off. He new his product, carefully worked to remove the old and carefully installed the new. A great company representative.

Precision Door technician came on Saturday. He examined the door and found the problems. He explained the situation. He gave me options to repair the door. I chose the one that was best to keep the door working for a long time. He was very nice.

Jeremy, the technician, was very friendly and professional at the same time. He studied our problem and offered the solution. Not only did he replace our garage door opener, he programmed all of our after-market door openers. He also lubricated the hinges and rollers on the door. He took one look at the rubber seal on the bottom of our garage door and let us know he could replace it, as it was badly worn. We had been told that was not a possibility before, so of course we had him replace that to keep little critters out. I cannot recommend this company highly enough!

Precision Garage Door was recommended to me by two friends. The operator on the phone who took my request was very courteous , explained everything and I was given next day service. Max called 15 minutes prior to his visit. He sent a photo of his badge. He was prompt, courteous and explained what was going on. A new garage door was ordered.

I requested 3 quotes. One never contacted me, and one gave me a good quote but ghosted me when I asked for it in writing. Precision Garage Door gave me a ton of time to go through every option which resulted in a better fit for our needs. It was slightly more expensive than the other quote, but the other quote ghosted me, so I'm not sure that's worth much. At installation time, I was able to work from home,but I was still quite busy. Precision Garage Door was able to replace my garage door without any real guidance from me. They did a great job, and the new door is so much better. I'd definitely recommend them again.
