ORGANIZING! It's my thing and a gift. It's never tiring and I'm energized by the work. Any area in your home, storage room, office, closet, kitchen, cupboard, and your garage can be cleaned out, organized, purged or stored as needed! I believe that ... Uncluttered Space = Uncluttered Mind! My experience ranges from a lifetime of organizing for friends, family, and clients. I'm easy to work with, quick, and astonishing! (LOL) I wish I'd have taken pictures along the way, so only a have few. Give me a call! This is the area of my business I want to grow. CLEANING! Nine years experience of working alone. My clients schedule cleaning every other week, or once a month. I'm professional, hard-working, discreet, honest, and pay attention to detail. I'm trusted and do an excellent cleaning every time, and always open to new ideas. From experience, I've found it is best to do a deep cleaning the first time and then maintain that level of cleanliness through bi-weekly cleanings. Some people select only certain areas get cleaned every month, any way we do it is up to your individual needs!

Coleen has an excellent eye for organization. She can see how it will look before it is completed and this saved a lot of time setting up our home after moving. Everything has a place and it's made it easy for this generally "messy" person to keep things looking organized :)

I tend to be very picky and I expect my home to be cleaned the way I would clean if I had the time. Coleen has met and exceeded my expectations and has even done things I wouldn't expect (organizing my children's book shelf)! She leaves notes for me after cleanings asking for feedback. After a couple of visits I noticed that the wood floors were tacky feeling and you could see every footprint. After speaking with Coleen, she quickly identified that she had used a different product and immediately went back to what she originally was using and the floor is perfect again :) Coleen is punctual and if anything changes in her schedule she is quick to let me know.

We are very pleased with Coleen's work! She takes pride in her work and is a step above previous home cleaning services we have used. I found her here on Angie's list. Before hiring her, I called a couple of her regular clients and they spoke highly of her work and trustworthiness, which is important to me. She is not afraid to move small things as needed to get the house clean rather than just wiping around them, which I really like. She takes care with our things as she cleans, and we love coming home to a clean house. I highly recommend her.

Coleen did clean our house to about 75% of the standard we discussed ahead of time.
We had asked for a deep first time cleaning. It was at first appearance, refreshing. However after going through the house later that day and the next I realized it was much more of a surface clean than anything. The worst part of dealing with Coleen was that she rescheduled a few times, so we continued to have to work around her. Then after our first clean it took me many times to try to establish a schedule. I notified her of an event we were having a month away, she advised she would be there to clean our home within a few days prior to the event. I never heard back from her, so I contacted her again. This time she advised she had taken on more clients that she could handle so she should not be there until too far in advance of the event or after the event. So needless to say we are now scrambling for someone new.

I feel bad for her because she needs to go to something else. She did a fine job. It was okay. It was kinda pricey. She did come out promptly. She was horrible. When she started cleaning, she was so strange.

We interviewed Coleen back in July 2013 and she officially started on 7/12. Coleen (passed the is it worth it husband test ;-) did great and that's why we still have her. She's been a joy to communicate with and if there's been any scheduling conflict with us and/or her, both parties have been flexible to work it out. With just the 2 of us, it's a small home that still gets dusty and with my husband's line of work, a lot of dirt finds it's way in to the house - so I'm a stinker when it comes to our floors. When we come in the house, we know she's been there ;-) if she didn't make a difference, I would do it myself... and so far there's been no problems. Coleen prides herself on her work and if there's something not to your liking, she wants to know.

Coleen's first visit involved deep cleaning of entire first floor (5 rms); everything sparkled! Bi-weekly cleaning has been very good. Has assisted me w/ other tasks as needed. Always willing to assist w/ things I can no longer manage. Cheerful, generally focused.

She dusted, cleaned the bathrooms top to bottom, vacuumed, mopped the tile, and cleaned hard wood floors, wiped the cupboards, cleaned the stainless steel appliances. We have a German Shepherd who sheds continuously; she cleaned his area, the bed, the floor and the walls by his bed. Coleen also helps us keep our plants alive by feeding them and giving them attention. She is very affectionate with our dog, even though he can be grumpy sometimes.
One of the things I love about Coleen is that she notices little things that need to be cleaned, such as the glass vanity globes, and just does it, without me needing to mention it. She takes great pride in her job and is very customer-focused. I have used Coleen for over three years now and wouldn't have anyone else.

Coleen is very organized and efficient. She asked what I wanted and listened to me. She even asked if she could clean certain things (light fixtures) that I had forgotten, promising it would not take extra time or cost more. She was true to her word. When she first arrives, she always leaves her shoes outdoors and puts clean socks on before entering the house. Coleen brings her own supplies and is very respectful of the home.
I will continue to use her and recommend her to anyone who values quality at a fair price.
