Johnson Carpet One Floor & Home

Our salesperson, Kristie was a delight to work with. She is a professionally trained interior designer, which proved to be a tremendous asset when making our choices--taking our tastes into account, while keeping the big picture in mind. The installers, Dave (carpet) and Drew (hardwood) were top notch, and very neat--taking time to clean up after the job was done. We were especially impressed with Drew--He was very personable, yet efficient--with attention to detail.

It took a little longer than they thought, but still no complaints.   The house looks amazing! I would hire Johnson Carpet One and Jeff in a heartbeat.  Price was reasonable.  Installed in a few days.  He cleaned up the mess.

The saleswoman(Valerie?) did a great job assisting me with the decision making process and the scheduler(Susan) kept me appraised of the logistics and timing and any problems.

We have been using them for 20 years on and off for different projects. They give us excellent service and have excellent products to offer. They always are quick to respond and Marilyn is wonderful to work with.

THEY CAME OUT TO OUR HOME IN A TIMELY MANNER TO MEET THE NEEDS THAT WE HAD. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY WHILE AT OUR HOME AND I FELT THAT THEY REALLY CARED ABOUT THE WORK THAT WAS BEING DONE.

I WAS VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED. THEY MADE DECISIONS THAT WERE NOT UP TO THEM AND PUT UP NO BARRIERS TO KEEP DUST FROM SPREADING THROUGHOUT SURROUNDING AREAS/ROOMS.

THEY WERE HARD WORKING AND PAID VERY CLOSE ATTENTION TO WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY HAULED AWAY OUR OLD CARPET AND CLEANED UP THE MESS WHEN THEY WERE DONE.
