"Sorry you had a bad experience, If you look at the estimate that we did for you there are no extensions or splash guards quoted. Red is not a color that is used very often so I had enough to do the downspouts that were on the estimate. They put white on till we could get more red to replace them, so water would not be by your foundation. We were out to change them in two days, and fix the few pieces of screen that were out of line. Thank You"

They were fairly good at responding to Angie's list messages and although the responses weren't what I would call 100% professional they were still to the point and informative.
After all the price matching details were out of the way they sent over a team within days and installed everything. It wasn't necessary for me to be there during the installation which was very nice.
I was able to give a card number over the phone and they sent out an invoice before charging me.
Overall I would highly recommend them, but make sure you shop around for pricing first as it may save you a couple bucks.

uneventful and the new gutters looked good - communication at this time was hit or miss.
After a few weeks, I mentioned my concerns with the LeafGuard system as water was bypassing the gutters entirely and washing down the fascia - not good! I requested that their screen product be installed in the areas where the heaviest water flow would be, which they did accommodate.
While working in the backyard, I noticed that the cedar siding was pulled away from the house where one of the lower sections of downspouts were mounted. I removed the band holding the downspout and found that the screws used were a bit too long and caught the foundation, which caused the siding to pull away. Not a huge deal but I would have appreciated them either telling me, fixing it, or both.
In November, I realized that a 6' section along the side of the house was not installed for some reason during initial installation. At that time, I brought the siding issue in the back of the house to GutterPro's attention but never received an acknowledgment. The missing section was installed but the installers again used screws that were too long and pulled the siding away from the house, even after mentioning this error before. Not thinking I would need to double check their work, the siding sat pulled away from the house all winter long (which is partially my fault for not double checking).
In the spring of 2015, I repaired the siding and started to clean the tops of the gutters when I noticed several shingles were ripped. This is a brand new home that went through a very thorough home inspection - there were no defects with any of the shingles on the roof so the tears happened during the installation of the LeafGuard as it sits under the shingles of the roof. Also, with the heavy rains we received, the LeafGuard system was not working as advertised for us - even with
keeping the roof and the tops of them clean, water continually bypasses the gutter and washes down the fascia.
GutterPro was contacted on June 8th expressing concerns for the LeafGuard failures, the siding issues, and the torn roof shingles and we received a response on the 9th stating someone would be out in a couple of weeks. We followed-up on June 22nd with pictures and video of what happens during a heavy rain. It is now July 1st and no one has been out or followed-up. I have asked that the LeafGuard system be removed and our money refunded.
All in all, the gutters themselves appear to be fine but given the lack of attention and damage caused during the installation, my concern level is pretty high that something will eventually fail - I can say without a doubt this is the worst customer service I have ever received. I hope GutterPro stands by their warranty and makes this right.
