They were extremely disorganized, and much of their work had to be re-done due to workmanship issues. I would not recommend this contractor to anyone for anything.
On more than one occasion, they sent personnel to work on something that wasn't ready to be worked on, like sending a painter before the drywall work was completed.
We had a flashover in our electrical panel because of a wire touching the body of the panel. I could go on, but you hopefuly get the idea.
We hired them through one of the 'big box' companies (Lowe's). Thank God, because once we finally got their attention, Lowe's response was very good.

Work crews were sporadic. The project manager told us by agreeing to a torn up dining room over the Memorial Day holiday, we could expedite the process, this was not the case. There was no communication as to when somebody would be at our house or what they would be doing. We were left to leave our house unlocked all day everyday, and many days when we arrived home, nothing had been accomplished. Our bathroom ceiling had to be installed, torn down, and installed again. Requests to remove and patch the cable wire coming into our dining room were ignored. Request to put 1/2 in. drywall on our ceiling and new insulation above it were ignored. The manager said the insulation was "fine" and that 5/8 in drywall was "fine," but that's not what we requested or signed off on. The dining room was torn up from May 23rd until June 17th. When we met with the estimator, he told us their company policy was to focus on one project at a time to get it done quickly, nearly a month with no usable kitchen/dining room didn't feel like quick to us. The project manager didn't seem to want to do any more than he had to do, which is where we come to the outside of the house. Despite the fact that all Cape Cod style houses in our neighborhood have aluminum siding and a gable vent right where we requested one, the project manager just couldn't see how he could make that work. He claimed he had multiple sources come out and nobody knew how to make it work. My husband's general opinion after speaking with him was, he just didn't want to do it. Now he's decided he needs to wrap this up (read: get paid) and wants to know what else they need to do? For starters, they could come out and finish the work we agreed to in the scope we were presented and signed off on. I wouldn't recommend this company, I gave the benefit of the doubt on the slow moving process, I know our area was hit really hard by ice damage, but at this point we are bordering on ridiculous.
