We purchased a home that had been in foreclosure and winterized last January. We knew the toilets had frozen and needed the "guts" replaced but thought that was the extent of the damage of not being winterized until January. On the morning of our moving day I woke up to water dripping through the ceiling in the living room of our newly purchased home. We were referred to Deppe Stelma Plumbing by our realtor. I called right away and Todd had a technician to our home within 30 min of our call. The problem was identified quickly and they were able to arrested the dripping quickly too. The parts needed had to be ordered and a timeline of what to expect was clearly discussed with us. The parts arrived and the technician arrived on time for the appointment (Actually a bit before the time of the appointment - unheard of!) When the planned projects were complete he asked if there was anything else with our new home that he could help us with. He then proceeded to fix a wobbly faucet in the kitchen and a noisy pipe in a 1/2 bath at no further cost! SO helpful with daily tasks and living! I am very impressed with Deppe Stelma Plumbing and would recommend them to everyone!

I couldn't find anyone at first to do the job, and it became very frustrating. I can highly recommend them. My builder uses them, so they have done some work for me in the past. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, and clean. They provided me with the best quote. They are very responsive. When I called them with an emergency, they were right there.

THEY WERE PROMPT AND POLITE. THEY WORKED REALLY HARD AND THEY WERE FOCUSED AT ALL TIMES. THEY CLEANED UP THE MESS THAT THE WATER HEATER HAD MADE. THE HOT WATER HEATER IS WORKING VERY WELL NOW.
