On the plus side, they were the only company to even return my call for an estimate. They came out pretty quick to give the estimate. They agreed to do the work in May. Then a few weeks later I was told I was on the job board. Finally, in early September, after I called and inquired if they were, in fact, going to do the work or should I look elsewhere, they were there in two days. Of course, then it started pouring rain the morning they showed up. They took one day to finish the work, which made it more baffling why it took two and half months to complete the job. When they finally started work, it started pouring rain and they destroyed much of my lawn that was already established with their machines due to the soft turf. They agreed to reseed that portion as well as the new portion. The new lawn, and the part destroyed, was hydroseeded in a timely manner but the new lawn/repaired portion were, and are, choc-full of weeds. It seems pretty clear that they only like to bother with much larger projects. If you have just an average sized job, you're probably better off going with a smaller company. They were polite and up front but the time it took to just start the job was a major inconvenience and the results were pretty disappointing considering the weed field that resulted. I have worked hard to reduce the number of weeds but still a problem. Of course, there is a disclaimer with hydroseed that makes no guarantee of how good the grass will be, so what can you do?

They were quick to start work and were professional in our initial interactions, but ignored my wife when we were concerned about a low spot in the middle of our yard. They brushed her off and our yard continues to not drain properly. The yard is additionally wavy and bumpy, where they failed to grade properly. When contacting them after the fact, they offered to bring in dirt to improve the grade, but then never followed through. We ended up having to pay another landscaper to come in and fix their mistakes.

They were responsive and helpful. They did a good job. Our interactions with them was very pleasant and cordial.

Very well! We were very pleased with Dehamer from start to finish. They have excellent customer service, were quick to respond to our request for a quote, drew us up computerized plans, took the time to adjust them to our specifications, talked us through recommendations, and were flexible with timing. Andrea walked us through the nursery and showed us the plants we could choose from, even letting . You can tell that she is passionate about her work. The guys who came out to do the work were professional, courteous, and did beautiful work. They came when they said they would and wrapped up in 2.5 days. I wasn't there when they were working, but my husband said they were very nice. Their sister company came in as they were working and moved/repaired our sprinklers as they worked. They followed up with detailed instructions for caring for the plants. We are over the moon for our landscaping! Thank you!

The first time I was supposed to meet for the quote they canceled on me and said they were held up at a job. The second time they were about 15 minutes early and when I arrived at 5 minutes before the appointment time they had left. They came back and looked the yard over and said they would send me a quote. I never heard back from them and never received the quote. Needless to say I had someone else do the work.0

I like them and I think they did a good job. They informed me along the way on what they're doing.
