Belle Tire

I spent around $75. They were very professional, they had proper equipment, they did a good job on the alignment and they gave me a paper showing me the different steps they took.

Simply put, Belle Tire does a great job with both tire sales and repairs.
I have purchased several sets of tires from Belle Tire over the years, and every time the staff has found the best tires (usually on sale) and worked around my schedule to install them.  The staff has always treated me with courtesy and respect and are glad to answer any questions I have.
Belle Tire is also great when it comes to checking pressure and making sure I have the correct tire pressure, even if I stop in with no notice.  They also do an exeptional job with tire punctures (and with all the road construction, I have had a few).  There was an occasion where I had a punctured tire on a rental car, and even with 15 minutes before closing on a Saturday, they took the car right in, fixed the hole, and billed the rental car company directly.
Great prices, excellent work, and courteous staff--I will definitely be working with them again.

I checked around online and found that Belle Tire had the tires that I wanted.  No other shop had them, so I couldn't compare prices, but the cost per tire was reasonable.  I noticed that Belle Tire has an "out the door with more" policy that allows them to quote fixed prices for installation.  It was $20 per tire.  That included stems, disposal, lifetime balancing, and installation.  It also included a few things of dubious value such as nitrogen inflation (of little proven effectiveness,) free alignment checks (a way to sell you an alignment, no doubt,) puncture warranty and limited repair.  I don't put a lot of stock in the last two as they always find a way to screw you out of them, but $20 per tire for installation isn't unreasonable.  It is also very easy to get a $20 coupon through their website, so I made an appointment online in hopes that I wouldn't have to wait forever at the tire store.

I arrived 10 minutes early, as requested, and dropped off my car.  I was a little concerned when the man told me that they didn't have the tires in stock and that they'd sent someone to find them elsewhere.  I remarked that the website has told me that the tires were available and in stock and he told me "I think it just tells that to everyone."  He assured me that it wouldn't take long, but knowing how these things go I gave up and took a seat.

The waiting room is small and too warm, as is pretty typical of tire places; it has free Wi-Fi access, which is not.

To their credit, the tires were put on and they came to get me about a little over an hour later.  For a tire place, that's pretty good (it was a busy morning for them.)   The price I paid was the price they quoted me, and they didn't try to sell me anything extra (nor did they, as many shops do, try to tell me about all the other repairs my car needed.)  I paid and was on my way.

The staff was professional and courteous, but in a very restrained way.  They were not overly friendly, nor rude.  I would have expected a little more pep at that hour of the day, but whatever. 

Overall, I got a good price, the installation was fast, and I haven't had any problems.  Despite the lackluster reception I was pleased.

Faster response than expected, would use them again

I did some online research on tires and prices and found Belle Tire to be cheaper than all of the competition. On top of that I was able to get a $20 off coupon through their website! I did have to get the tires ordered and it took three days for them to come in but it was worth the wait. When I went to get the tires installed the people there were professional and courteous. They replaced the front tires with two new Sumitomo HTR A/S P01. It took a little longer than I expected but they were really busy. I will definitely use their services in the future and I would recommend them to anybody.

I don't remember how much I might have spent. They did what they said they would do. In this day and age it was a good experience. They took a little longer than they said they would. I had to wait a bit. They were competitive pricewise. The quality was good.

I had grinding brakes and I brought my car into them. They found that I needed to replace the pads, rotors and my front struts. They have a fast and thorough service. They did a very thorough inspection of my car. They are a very affordable auto service.

Very well. Estimates for the work were reasonable. They called promptly when work was done, which was done in the time period they estimated.

I CHOSE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY GAVE ME A BETTER DEAL THAN THE OTHERS. THEY WERE ABLE TO FIT ME IN THE SCHEDULE RIGHT AWAY AND THEY ONLY TOOK A COUPLE OF HOURS TO REPAIR MY VEHICLE. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ACCURATE.
