"Our payment terms are 7 days and after 90 days we had to place a lien on the property for unpaid balance. Numerous promises were made and no payment received. To protect small business the only recourse is to place a lien on the property which we unfortunately had to do. In over 20 years of business this was only the 2nd lien we had to file."
