Service was excellent.  Staff greeted us as we entered the store and assisted us promptly with the products available.

The staff was professional and informative.  The showroom provided good examples of the many options available.
Delivery was delayed about 1 week and installer had to re-schedule due to other jobs.  Paint finish on 4 doors had problems, however, Williams replaced them promptly.

With Amber's assistance, I chose cabinets and a sink that will be installed by Ted Perkins when he begins our bathroom remodeling project in late October.

They did a good job of organizing the job and priced it well, but once the installers contacted us Williams disappeared: no follow up. The installers did a fine job, however.

The sales staff were extremely helpful. They found our replacement parts and had the plumbing items we needed in stock.

Very helpful in explaining differences between brands and between various fixtures. This was really important to us when beginning to plan for a bathroom re-do for barrier-free bathroom makeover

I worked with Mike Polika and Laura McCarmer. Both were friendly and professional. Williams has 2 beautiful showrooms for lots of ideas. It is a good idea to have in mind a budget that you are working within. Mike worked hard to find what we wanted at a price we could afford, and worked out a nice finished design with us. The finished cabinets and countertops are very nice. My phone calls were returned quickly, and questions answered completely.

Long process start to finish about 5 months. We are still working with Williams to get the right dishwasher panel though. Did not realize how patient you need to be when started this. Be aware everything WILL take longer then you want. I learned that You must have complete trust in who you are working with or the processes will drive you crazy! I worked with Sherrie S. @ the 29th street location. She was amazing! She went above and beyond to make my dreams come true! I went to HD, Lowes, Menards, Plainfield Lumber, Standard Kitchens and they all quoted me more money then was quoted by Williams. The quality of my kitchen cabients and features are usually found only on custom but they pulled it off. I went with Homecrest on Sherrie's recommendation based on the look, features, and options I was looking for. We did run into a snag with the original contractor I picked through Williams when project started , he was very unreliable! Did not trust his judgement. My concerns were NOT swept under the rug, Sherrie found me a new contractor Dan/Dave(Nu Concepts) to fix all the concerns and I could not have been more pleased. Those guys are amazing! I purchased my sink at Williams too since it was a apron front, very happy with that too.

Everything turned out beautiful.

They had a good design team and a good product.

She gave some wonderful ideas and all put together, looks great. She utilized the entire kitchen area very well. I liked her services a lot and will use the same in future.
