The price was a little high. It was $490. We have storm windows. So, you have double windows to clean. So, he charged double the price. The responsiveness was good. He was on time. The man that works with him was sick. So, he had to do it by himself. So it took him a long time. He was nice enough.

It was relatively good. They were okay.

Bill is extremely professional, on-time, efficient and his follow through is incredible. Would hire him over and over.

He delayed coming out because of rain and thunder storms. He arrived on time and was very quick and efficient. We have had people in the past and there would be 4 or 5 of them and they would spend half a day. He was alone and did the job in a couple hours. He has new technology to wash the outside. We would highly recommend him and would use him in the future.

He appeared promptly as scheduled, brought all of the equipment he needed and cleaned up after himself. Aside from raising and lowering the blinds, I did not need to do anything. Windows were spotless and screens were carefully reinstalled. I have used him in the past and received the same good service I received the last time.

I scheduled the appointment with William McQuade, the owner, about 2 weeks out. Most of the windows in my 1929 house are leaded glass. The windows hadn't been cleaned in several years and definitely needed it. William started at 8 am sharp and finished sometime after 2 pm. He has a system that purifies the water so as the glass dries, there are no spots left behind. He was quite meticulous and inspected his work when he was done. He did a great job and my wife and I are very pleased with the results. William is also a very friendly guy. We will certainly use him again.

This is the third time I have had Mr. McQuade wash my windows. Each
time he has done an outstanding job. I used to always do my own windows,
because I am particular about how they are done. After seeing the
quality of his work and the reasonable price, I'll never wash another
window as long as he is available.
There are several things that make washing these windows a somewhat
difficult job. Some of the windows are 2nd-story over sloping ground
(which makes a ladder harder to set up safely), and there are storm
windows which need to be removed and cleaned.
The process went very smoothly. From the simplicity of getting a quote,
to scheduling time convenient to me, to getting the windows sparkling
clean. He also cleaned all of the storm windows, screens, window sills,
etc. He performed his work efficiently, while being careful not to make a
mess in the house.
Mr. McQuade is a delightful gentleman to perform this service. If I had
to be gone, I wouldn't have any hesitation having him work alone in our
home. His price was very reasonable.

Really like that William does it all himself. No crew you deal with the owner . Very pleased with results and price. Highly recommend William.

We scheduled Mr. McQuade to clean our windows in late fall. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate so our cleaning was postponed until spring. As promised, Mr. McQuade contacted us when the weather broke and re-scheduled our cleaning. Our home is in a wooded lot so there was a lot of grime from the winter months. Mr. McQuade did an outstanding job and was efficient. We had the house painted three weeks after the windows were cleaned. He graciously fit us into his schedule to re-clean exterior windows marked up by painters. Mr. McQuade has an eye for detail and is very professional!

Outstanding service! He cleaned them last year and I was so impressed I had him do it again. He even cleaned the garage roof off of all leaves (like he read my mind I was going to ask him to). When I called him, he said it would be better to wait until all leaves were down.

Ever since we discovered William three years ago, we have been impressed with all aspects of his work. He is, hands down, the best window cleaner we've ever had, and we've used quite a few. He takes pride in his work to such extent that to leave with anything other than complete satisfaction would be unthinkable. Honest to a fault, we are happy to give him full access anytime.
Our house is large, with lots of glass. Even when he encounters hard water stains (note to self: don't let the sprinklers hit the windows and get baked by the afternoon sun) he goes the extra mile to get the glass to as-new condition.
We have recommended him to numerous neighbors, and will continue. Plus, his accent is charming.

Went smoothly. Provider did a fine job inside and out. He even cleaned a few spots he wasn't expecting with our french doors off the patio. Our patio windows hadn't been cleaned in a very, very long time and he tackled the job with ease.

William and his son arrived promptly and begin work. They are both personable and professional, and I was comfortable giving them free rein to move throughout the house to do their work. Although I have tllt in windows, the outside of each window was cleaned with a high-tech, streak-free exterior washing system that was even able to reach all the way to the skylight at the very peak of my steeply pitched roof. The screens were wiped down with a cloth, which seems to be the best way to go. I have a large house with a large number of windows, but the total job was done in well under three hours.
As my son said, and quot;you really couldn't tell how dirty the windows were until they were cleanedand quot;. What a difference this cleaning made!
