+ -1 moreWe called this company to get an estimate for our insurance company for ice damage repair to a porch overhang and an estimate for a complete tear off and replacement of our whole roof, all the way down to the cedar shakes. This initial estimate was for approximately $8998.00 for everything. After dealing with the insurance company, we decided to use this contractor because of price and what appeared to be a professional business. I drove to their office to put a deposit down, spent 7.00 on a money order along with time and gas. I brought along our insurance company's estimate for the job. They called me into the office and looked over the insurance company's estimate, started circling items they had apparently missed when they did the estimate for the job (seriously under-estimated materials and had completely missed many needed items the other estimates had picked up on) and THEN told me that the job would now cost slightly under $11,000 dollars. Needless to say I was furious. They wasted my time, gas and money when they could have informed me, by phone, about the increase in price, which they just did not have the common courtesy to do. As I gathered up my check and paper work and started to leave, they had the audacity to suggest that we needed to sit down with my husband and talk things over. I told them that that certainly would not be necessary, they had just showed me what kind of company they truly were!! Never, ever again!!

Description of Work: remodeled bathroom and bedroom, overall average, quality average. Used them because wanted it done more quickly, they could do sooner than others. |They had carpenters doing plumbing (had to call several times to get corrected, finally they sent a plumber to fix the plumbing). Had problem with lead carpenter about storage cover, (he didn't want to put handles and latch on cover, salesman convinced worker to but handles and latch on cover).

Description of Work: No actual work performed. Called for an estimate. Had to leave a message. Did not get a call back. 3 days after calling received an estimate in the mail without having a chance to speak to the person who did the estimate.

+ -1 moreIt was good. It has rained since it was installed and it doesn't leak. Their service was good. They cleaned up well afterwards. They were responsive to my phone calls and questions.
Description of Work: They installed a hipped roof. It used to be flat and kept leaking.

+ -1 moreIT ONLY TOOK THEM 2 1/2 HOURS TO INSTALL THE WINDOWS. THEY CAME RIGHT IN AND STARTED IMMEDIATELY, DOING A QUALITY JOB. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS. THEY ALWAYS HAVE A DISCOUNT PRICE, SO IT MAKES IT AFFORDABLE.
Description of Work: WE HAD FOUR GLASS BLOCK WINDOWS INSTALLED.
