Carpet went fine, hardwood not so much. Only after emailing Dave were some of the issues addressed so that the floor is now live-able. Initially had problems with 3 out of 4 transitions that were ultimately corrected. Aesthetically however, the floor is unacceptable, many instances of cross bridges under 3-4 inches (3 where less than 2). Manufacturer installation instructions say “must be at least 6 inches”. I went with this company due to other favorable reviews despite them being more expensive than competitors. Unfortunately you do NOT get what you pay for. My concerns were also initially dismissed as being “just aesthetic”. If you want to pay premium pricing for new floors to be not aesthetic, verhey is your company.

They were good to deal with in the sales portion of the process and their installation crew was fantastic. I am delighted with their work and would recommend them highly.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK. THEY HAD COVERED ONE OF THE ELECTRICAL OUTLETS ON THE FLOOR, SO WHEN I CALLED THEY SENT SOMEONE OUT TO FIX IT RIGHT AWAY.

THEY CAME TO OUR HOME ON TIME AND GOT STRAIGHT TO WORK. THEY DID NOT WASTE ANY TIME. THEY DID THEIR JOB VERY WELL. IT TURNED OUT JUST THE WAY THAT WE WANTED IT TO.
