We ask Sam to build a little house/shed that looks exactly like our home. He went above and beyond our expectations. Our experience with Sam and Brandee could not have been better. Five stars on every category especially workmanship. That would be 5+. The shed will be pictured in the photos it is blue with white trim.

I hired Sam to close off a window and shorten another window for a kitchen renovation. He also resided the front my garage. He was always very friendly, easy to work with, and quick to respond. Other contractors either told me that my project was impossible without re-siding my entire house, or quoted me crazy high estimates that would have made me need to rework my entire kitchen plan. Sam was able to work with my budget and timeline, and he got along great with the other contractor who was working in the kitchen at that time. He's experienced and thorough and I would 100% hire him again.

The VanSeitler team was a dream to work with! They were great throughout all phases of the master bathroom renovation. We were in need of a total redo -and additionally we needed it completed fast. Sam worked diligently to get everything done on time and in budget, and Brandee was a great communicator through the whole processâ we couldnâ t be happier to have worked with this team! They incorporated my â visionâ of what the new bathroom should look like and exceeded my expectations. They made the entire process as painless as possible, answered all of my questions in a timely manner and I look forward to doing more projects with them in the future.

We hired Sam to update our guest bathroom - replace vanity top/sink/faucet and install tile surrounds for the vanity and shower. He was professional, always on time, and attentive to questions we had. His attention to detail was spot on. We would highly recommend him for any home project.

We have hired VanSeitler LLC for multiple projects ranging from drywall repair; landscaping; outdoor step design consultation;. Our most recent project was the building of a shell in our kitchen . With all the extra food needed to maintain our family during Covid 19 Pandemic a shel was necessary to get food supplies off thefloor . My husband has Parkinsonâ s and these items were creating fall hazard for him. I needed a professional who was compliant with CDC guidelines for Covid19 Pandemic . VanSeitler LLC were excellent in their keeping masks gloves and social distancing of paramount importance as he built my shelving. He custom designed out of wood a beautiful shelf; details attended to were matching seams and fine details in craft shift you would expect from a finish carpenter. He was prompt; kept within the price estimate; actually the project came in under budget but the quality of workmanship is outstanding. He professional and personable and was CDC compliant in every move he made. He cleaned after himself and my home looked cleaner after he finished my shelf. My shelf has removed the fall risk for anyone who walks thru my kitchen. If there were 6 stars I would write 6 stars. Thank you VanSeitler LLC .
