They are good at what they do. They may tell you that something is getting close to wear but that they are not pushy into getting you buy their product.

Overstate tire warranty. They tell you the warranty is 20,000 miles more than it actually is. Performed work that wasn't necessary to repair front end noise. Front short shaft wasn't installed correctly and failed in a short period of thime.

They have a waiting area and are usually timely with what they tell you. Also if they are to keep your car, they will drive you home or to work. We have been generally happy with them.

They do a great job and Todd Wenzel has been a great dealership even though that's not were we had bought the car. Their people are highly trained, from the representative answering the phone to the person who goes and gets your car and drives it around.
