We'd had an issue with ants. Not only were we able to schedule an appointment within a day or two, but when the representative arrived, he made sure to accommodate our extensive gardening near the house where he was required to spray to keep additional ants out of the house. His care and concern for our agriculture was matched by the care and diligence he offered when taking care of our issue. Everything he predicted that would happen with the ants actually did happen. Most importantly, we have not had an ant issue since his services were completed.

I have used them off and on for a couple of years. They call ahead and I give them the authority to show up or not. The service seems to keep the pests away.

We had termites last year and the experience is ongoing because we have to be treated for 2-3 years. Everything went smoothly, they come out and check. I don’t know what office it was, but we had good luck with them. I would recommend them. My husband dealt with them. I am going to have them come again, I am sure. My husband has been very pleased with them, their timeliness, and their reporting. They give us a report every time they come out telling us what activity they found and it has been very very comprehensive. We just had an outstanding experience with them, we have been very lucky. We have been very fortunate with the people that we pick to help.

THEY ARRIVED BEFORE THE SCHEDULED TIME AND COMPLETED THE WORK IN LESS TIME THEN ESTIMATED. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND COURTEOUS TO ME, AND THEY HAD NO PROBLEMS ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS.

THIS COMPANY RIPPED ME OFF. THEY GUARANTEED THEIR WORK WAS THE BEST, BUT THEY NEVER TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM. I STILL HAD TO PAY FOR IT EVEN THOUGH THEY REALLY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. I JUST HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM.

IT WAS GOOD. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY WERE NICE PEOPLE AND I ONLY HAD ONE PROBLEM WITH THEM EVER. A WORKER CAME TO MY HOUSE AND MY DOG BARKED AT HIM, SO THEY WROTE A NOTE SAYING MY DOG WAS VICIOUS. MY DOG WAS JUST TRYING TO PROTECT THE HOUSE.

WE HAVE ALWAYS USED THIS COMPANY. THEY CONTINUE TO DO EXCELLENT WORK. THEY ARE VERY AFFORDABLE. THE SPRAY THAT THEY USE DOES NOT CAUSE ANY DAMAGE TO MY PLANTS.
