Janette, Deb and crew went above and beyond my expectations. Not only did they weed, trim and mulch, but also planted some new things for me. They were really responsive by phone and email, and offered many project updates and suggestions. It would have taken me a month of Sundays to accomplish what they did in a few days. I'm really pleased and hope to work with them again.

For the first couple of years they did a great job, the last couple years the owner was not concerned about us the customers and meeting their needs. Would not come out to assess problem areas, the owner would not come out to the site to evaluate potential problems or to view the crews work, but rather communicated via phone only. The owner was very difficult to work with, always wanting to take defense when ever there was a problem and putting the blame back on us the customer. While under contract for the season the owner would ask for more money because she was going over her budgeted man hours because of unforeseen things like: it's taking longer then expected because of more weeds then usual, so she would bill for more because she bid too low. The crew was great, and polite, and always professional and did a good job. To sum it up the main reason I would never use this company or recommend them is because of the unprofessional manner of the owner toward the customer and not listening to how they want things done. It was either her way or nobodies way. If there were problems it was always the customer fault that it happened, ex: watering too much caused more weeds, or customer purchased mulch that had weeds in it that they spread. After several bad years now we have to do some hard pruning, and thinning because things were just not being done as they should have.

I couldn't have asked for better results. We did it in the hottest part of the summer and she still managed to make things grow. Janet started by making us a drawing and several estimates. Even before we had picked our plants she had a crew out back HAND PICKING weeds to ensure they didn't return. We picked a design and plants and she found a contractor for our deck. It was only a matter of waiting for some 100 degree days to pass before she started and in one day she had everything planted. We left for work in the morning with an empty yard and came back to a completed landscape. Everything was handled professionally and quickly.
