The technician called while on the way to our appointment and arrived on schedule. He completed the job in a very timely and efficient manner and explained the process during each step. Cleanup of the project was thorough as well. All in all, the technician was highly professional in all aspects of the service, and we are quite pleased with the outcome of the project.

Disaster from the beginning. The tech. was nice and polite but I don't think he was experienced. He didn't know how to take the sump cover off to begin with. After prying the cover off with a prybar and making a plastic cover, the damage started.
First problem was where he decided to drill the hole. He must not have measured and just started drilling into the side of my house. I went outside to see how it was going and he was drilling right through my Hardie Board siding and almost into the dining room. When he pulled the hole saw out, he had actually cut about halfway through the top of one of my engineered floor joists. I had to demand he stop even though he thought it was okay to go through the joist and wanted to go through the one next to it. The end result could have been a total disaster with my floor collapsing.
To make things worse, he then drilled an almost 5" hole through my foundation wall. I didn't realize holes this big need a structural engineer to consult since it can affect the integrity of the wall.
The final insult was when the job wasn't finished and he left because it was late. No electrical hookup, no vents, just a ugly pipe sticking outside the house with a fan sitting on it but not working.
The guys boss claimed the cut joist was no big deal and they never contacted me to rectify the damage or finish the job. I had to call someone else to repair the mess.
I have yet to decide if a lawsuit is warranted and am getting quotes for the repairs just in case.

They were very good. My husband was very pleased with how it worked. It was really personable, very pleasant and very professional.

The system works great and we don't have radon in our basement anymore! However, the actual pipes they installed rattle against the side of our house and is so bad I can't sleep at night. I have called and emailed repeatedly, including sending them pictures and they refuse to even call me back.

I google searched radon map view in the Grand Rapids area and called a number of places. This provider had the most thorough checklist of questions about my house, provided the most comprehensive email written quote, has the longest fan warranty (all have lifetime workmanship...but this company is national, so it's more likely to be around) and was the cheapest. Nick was my installer and did a great job and actually recommended and installed a cheaper option than I contracted over the phone. Professional, detailed and provided a lot of good knowledge for me as a homeowner. I'd recommend their service over other more expensive providers.
