It was AWFUL! The rep would not drive down to my house to give me the estimate, so I had to take pictures and an inventory to them. Since they gave me such a great price, I decided to use them. But when the move came, they WAY under-estimated the amount of space in the semi. SO, they loaded only about 1/3 of my stuff, and had to send another semi the next day. BUT, that truck just brought the stuff back to their warehouse and it sat for over a week til they could get another driver. Most of our furniture was damaged, and they have lost my laptop. The first driver "said" he mailed it (funny, no tracking number or anything!) and I still don't have it! I would not use this company at all!

They did not seem to pay attention to their work. When backing out of our driveway, they ended up hitting a tree; which resulted in having a tree specialist come out to repair the tree. Then when they uninstalled our dryer, they didn't do it correctly which resulted in a gas leak; which is something we had to pay for to have repaired.
