Even though we appreciate any and all feedback, even criticism, in an effort to continue to better our services for our clients, I believe readers of this review deserve the details of what transpired. You stated on the phone to us that you deliberately used our services solely because we answered our phone and were available as you were on vacation when you had a plumbing issue. You also stated that your "normal" plumber simply didn't answer his phone and wasn't available. You explained that we offered you the pricing, up front, and you agreed to the work before any work was started. To later call in and state that you were overcharged, told to you by that very plumber that did not answer your phone call, admitting that you only hired us and agreed to the options to get yourself out of the stressful situation you were in. I personally asked you if that is fair to us, or the clients that we couldn't serve that day due to serving you. You also acknowledged that you should have simply paid the $59 trip charge and waited for your normal plumber. An option that was provided to you, acknowledged also by you. We are a company, full of staff to better serve our clients. Part of that is to answer the phone, have techs available to service you, the client, in an acceptable timely manor. There was no harassing phone call made to you . I made it personally. It was only made because of your response to a courtesy email to our customer database letting them know of helpful tips to prepare for the ice storm that was to occur last weekend. Your reply to that email was full of profanity, admitted by you in your review. I assumed you would want a reply from the owner of the company after such a reply email as you clearly seemed upset. -Brad Krause, Owner"
