I was emailed the the complete Inspection Report the following morning. The report Jim put together following the inspection covered everything we discussed and more. It was straightforward and easy to understand, with photos and references attached and available online for easy access.
His price was very reasonable, and less than what I had been told to expect for a property of this size.
