So I paid over $30,000 for my system about 3 years ago. All they talked about was how great this comprehensive warranty that they gave me was for 10 years and that I wouldn't have to pay for any repairs except regular maintenance... 3 years in and these garbage Tekmar thermostats suck. The one in my master bedroom always resets after a power outage or some event outside of my control. The other ones struggle to pick up wifi or error out randomly. Up until now, they have come out and fixed things. Last visit they charged me $99.00 bucks to configure this piece of crap and didn't tell me there was a charge until after the appointment. Turns out that the warranty is not that great and essentially covers nothing. For that same price I should have gotten a full system tune up. I called them trying to work something out and they flat out said no, but we can come back out and tune up your system for $240.00. The guy literally touched a couple buttons on my thermostat that I don't have access too because it's in some locked tech tools and configured it. I just feel like that should not happen. When you unplug something, you should be able to plug it in and have it work, not reinvent the wheel each time.

Excellent from first contact through installation. We couldn’t be more pleased. I would hire them again and highly recommend them.

Went well. Trust them. Boiler replacement is not a cheap job, but believe they are fair in pricing and worth what they charge. The piping in a boiler system is a work of art. Lol

The heat pump was installed several years ago and we have been thoroughly satisfied.

Very professional and thorough with outstanding and careful detail as to what was provided. Excellent experience with installation. Cost-wise, they were slightly more costly than two others, but I was convinced I'd get a better "bang for my buck" with the great rebates, higher product efficiency and excellent reviews of product and contractor. I'd highly recommend them!

I have been using them for several years and I've never had any problems with them. They show up on time, they wear booties to protect my house, they explain everything they are doing and why they are doing it.

They are trustworthy and professional. I prefer them for any heating and cooling needs. Know they are reliable.

They were good. They didn't actually come out. I was going to have them come out and they told me what was wrong on the phone. The input air was clogged up by show. They could have made some money off me, but they didn't.

They were average. I would make sure to double check everything that they do to make sure it's correct.

They did a comprehensive check, explained what they did. Checked their work. They have an emergency service so they came out in the middle of the night in a blizzard.

Our installer was awesome and he worked for 2 days straight in the basement replacing the boiler. He spent time at the conclusion of his work walking me through the house and explaining things as he tested the baseboard heaters. The quote process was easy and straightforward. The process went exactly as expected.

They have hired a new scheduler and their service arrangements have much improved.

This was my first time hiring them, but they did a great job in terms of giving us feedback on what we need to do.

They have the on call person call back. They've had to come out a couple of times in the middle of the night, even on the weekend and in bad weather. They came out and took care of things.

They have been pretty good for me. They are pretty good. I advertise for them in my front yard. The quality of their work is okay. I would rate it a 9 out of 10. Their price is fair. Water came through my wall, and messed up the air duct, but they are going to take care of it for me.
