Description of Work: They checked the furnace for the up coming winter season. They cleaned the humidifier and replaced a flame sensor and humidifier screen.

+ -1 moreCustom came and gave a free estimate. We chose them over a different option because we could still get an 80% from Custom. They did a great job installing and retrofitting our furnace room for proper air flow. Bob and Randy did a fine job and were very interested in our business.

+ -1 moreI called Bob & Randy when I realized that my furnace was struggling. I chose to call them because it appeared they he installed the furnace about a year ago for the previous owner. (logo sticker on face of unit) They responded politely and were here within the hour. They were able to diagnose and solve the problem within a 1/2 hr. Looks like I've found my heating & cooling guys !!
