The BMW dealer diagnosed a defective mechatronics sealing sleeve during a recent oil change. The dealer quoted some ridiculous price for the repair. I called Prestige Import West and explained the issue to the service advisor; he was familiar with the repair and provided a very competitive quote. The Prestige technician fixed my car in less time that was quoted by the service advisor ? resulting in a lower repair cost. I was shocked that the repair was less than the price quoted. I?m new to GR and this was my first time doing business with Prestige. I would take my car to Prestige Import again.  

Called Gregg for service time then took cars in.  Gregg gave a estimate on the work.  I signed off on it and then they started work.  Called when done and then picked up and paid for service.

They are honest and they showed me the replaced parts.  They even went to a great deal of trouble to find replacement parts that came from California.  They are expensive and there's no question about that but when you are dealing with an old Mercedes you got to expect to spend some money.  They are technically competent and they have a good reputation.  They render good operation.

When my daughter told me that her car wouldn't start and it wasn't the battery, I researched Angie's List and found Prestige Import Repair.  I called to see if I could have it towed to their location and explained the situation.  A note was left in the car requesting that they fix the starting problem, change the oil, and estimate the repair cost to fix the broken mirror.  I received a call the next day informing me that they were down a mechanic due to an injury and would be able to have troubleshooting results and an estimate to me the following day.  This was fine as we were not in a hurry.  They called the next day as promised and explained everything that was critical to repair.  The estimate with the broken mirror repair was a little outside of my budget so I asked them to just fix the start issue and change the oil.  When they called to inform me that the car was finished they gaive me the bill total and it was a lot less than the estimate which was nice.  When my daughter and I picked up the car not only had they fixed it, but they cleaned it and had retaped the mirror (outside passenger) on.  My daughter and I had brought packing tape to tape the mirror since it was dangling from the wires.  This is truly the most pleasant experience I've had at a repair shop.  The service manager communicated every day with updates.  This company is friendly, fast, professional, and most of all, personable.  I am definately taking her car back next month for the mirror repair.  They are our new repair shop.

They are a pretty good shop to go to if you have an import. They are friendly and personable. The owner is a really nice man and is personable. They have good customer service there. They talk to you about what you need and they let you know up front what repairs are needed. I appreciate their honesty and the way they do business.

They are a family owned company.  You deal with the owner and his son.  I have been taking cars here for the past 25 years.  They are an import specialist and service all import brands.  They also sell late model used imports.  I have bought 5-6 cars from them.  When I need another car, I always go to them.  If they don't have what I want, I sit down with the owner and he gives his tips and ideas and then finds a car for me.  They are incredibly honest.  They don't take advantage of you or sell you things you don't need.  I'm always able to get in quickly and spend less than I would at a dealer.  If something can be fixed without replacing it with expensive parts, they will figure out how to fix it. I have been extremely happy with them.
