Exceeded our expectations! We have never used a moving company and were leery given some of the things we had heard from friends and co-workers. Chris and his crew, Jim and Zack, could not have done a better job at dispelling our concerns. After arriving, they explained the entire process, how they would be handling our goods, and that they would not be co-mingling our goods with others. And, they would be doing the unloading in Winston-Salem. They were polite, careful, creative in suggestions, and wonderful to work with.

The were frequently in touch with us prior to the move.
The packing up and delivery were done with utmost care, professionalism and a cheerful attitude.
The movers were careful and thorough.
I would definitely use them for any future moves and would highly recommend them for anyone in need of that service.

They were outstanding, wonderful and exceptional. I don't have a whole lot, but I am going to have a contract with them. My experience was really really positive. My husband was appreciative of them. The guys were exceptional and they were awesome. I can't tell you their names, but my husband can because he talked to them more than I did. The office staff got my boxes, and everybody was so good and so nice. I couldn't have had a better experience. I would recommend them to anybody.

I liked the fact that I had the same driver. When I moved from Kentucky to Michigan, he loaded me up in Kentucky and he put it in storage in Grand Rapids. When we finally moved into our house, I had the same driver. It was good because he remembered my stuff. He knew exactly what I had. He knew how things went together, etc. l liked that part. In general, the company's representative that worked with me was very communicative. She was always in contact making sure everything was going well and checking if I had any problems. It went smoothly. There was nothing major that was broken in the move, but only some minor scratches.

I WAS PLEASED WITH THE OVERALL WORK THAT THEY DID. ONE THING THAT WAS NOT TOO HAPPY ABOUT IS I THINK THAT THEY OVER CHARGED US FOR THE THINGS THAT THEY MOVED.

NOTHING WAS BROKEN. THEY DID NOT JUST THROW EVERYTHING ANYWHERE THEY TOOK THE TIME TO SEPARATE THE BOXES. THEY DID NOT MESS AROUND AT ALL. THEY FINISHED THE WORK FAST.
