The chair is working now...so no complaints....other than they had to come out a second time to fix the same chair.

Poorly. Very unresponsive to calls and emails. Had to contact the mover to get the repair company to return calls. I scheduled a day off to accommodate the repairs and they didn't show up. Took three months and tons of contact to get them to complete the job. In the end the job was mediocre at best (though they say constantly that they move and repair Stickley furniture).
