great .. He (I think his name was Chris) did a terrific job!! He was very creative in removing the build-up in the pipe to prevent us from having to replace the water pipes running to the tub/shower .. which would have entailed going through a wall the bedroom behind the bathroom to get to the plumbing. Needless to say, he saved us a LOT of money in labor and parts. Very honest and helpful .. would definitely recommend !!!

The owner is Don Sommerdyke. I've been using them for 18 years. I've never used anybody else. He came over on a Saturday morning when our hot water heater was out and he actually ran to the store and all. He goes above and beyond.

.We use him all the  time. They schedule appointments in a timely fashion. They call us when they are on their way. They let us know  what it is going to cost. They will also let us know what we can do and what we can't do.

They destroyed my house!  I called them up to fix my bathroom sink and fix my kitchen faucet.  The bathroom sink was unclogged right away.  I told the Plumber that my Kohler faucet was stuck and could no longer move side to side.  He ended up breaking the faucet off and told me that never happened before.  He then said he would go to the hardware store to get a replacement.  There was no black colored faucets so I told him to order one.  He replied that we would have this within a week.  He left my house about 2:30 pm.  About 90 minutes later, I heard a hissing sound while upstairs.  I went downstairs and saw water spouting up.  My kitchen floor was soaked (ruined), ceiling to the basement was soaked, carpet downstairs was soaked.  I called him and told him to get back to my house right away.  I went downstairs and turned off the water.  He came back and blamed everything on a worn out O-ring.  While he called the Water Damage company, I had to get out my steam cleaner and soak up the water throughout the house.  The Water Damage company did a good job of getting out to my house in a hurry, pulling up the carpet and flooring, and getting fans going.  They are coming back tomorrow.   Not sure that the owner of the company knows what is going on (it is Good Friday).  I will try to contact him on Saturday.  Overall, a very bad experience.  Definitely avoid this company.

I thought they were expensive. Also, when my parents had their pipes replaced, they took the copper away without tell them about it. Which I didn't like because copper was expensive and they just took it away. I wouldn't use them again, but my parents would definitely.

I have used them a couple of times. They've been very reliable and they've been very fair with the price. They came because my sink was clogged and as always they cleaned out and then an hour and a half after they left, I didn't have the hot water and they came back the next day and installed the water heater for me. They were cheaper than what another plumber would have been. I would recommend them because it is just that their price is fair and they are just dependable. They came out quickly and the guy who came was friendly. I would use them in the future as well.

I tried to do it myself but that didn?t work real well. They came out right away and got the job done quickly. I was very pleased with them. They were probably in the same ballpark as any other plumber but they all seem expensive to me.

They were very clean and helpful. They didn't criticize me for my own half baked effort to do the job myself and I was grateful for that. Very pleasant folks.
