Windshield broken at 4:30 PM Friday, called Orion at 4:50, was able to have my windshield replaced at their location on Monday at 8:30. Fine work and a fair price.

I called a number of providers to get estimates for the repair/replace, as we were paying for them out of pocket. Orion had the most helpful office staff providing the estimate and answering all my questions. They scheduled me quickly, and were good about following up with a reminder call as well as better estimate for when the technician would arrive. Greg took time to make sure the replacement and repair were both done well, which was important to me as they were both fairly new cars. He was very helpful in pointing out that the manufacturer of the replacement glass was the same as my original Toyota glass, which hopefully will help alleviate any issues with the safety features/sensors built into it. He was thorough, professional, and efficient, I would definitely use Orion again.

Great service from beginning to end. Prompt, friendly communications with office team members. Knowledgeable working with our car insurance. Really pleasant to work even though MI spring weather conditions required them to reschedule a couple of times. We appreciated that they were willing to reschedule so replacement occurred during best weather conditions for a successful result. The replacement was performed in car owner's work parking lot which was super convenient for car owner.

I've had 2 less than satisfying experiences with a national chain when my windshield needed replacing so this time I went to Angie's List and looked local. Orion had the best price (I paid cash, high comprehensive deductible) even before an Angie's List coupon and the experience was top notch. The tech was skillful, professional, and timely. A windshield replacement is inevitable. Go with Orion.

Fantastic from start to finish! The staff when I️ called was friendly and helpful. The gentlemen came to my home was the absolute best! He did a great job replacing the windshield, was professional and friendly, and took the time to answer my questions as well as explain things! This company impressed me so much! I️ went thru my insurance company, so I️ did not have a cost but they did say they work with companies to keep all costs down. Will definitely use them again if needed, and recommend them to others!

It went well, I estimated it would take about 2 hours and they were done in less than an hour and a half. I had already purchased the regulator and glass (Ebay of course) and they did the install. Charged rate was very fair.
