John is wonderful he communicates very well with you to let you know what they have done, what they plan to do or what they expect.  I have a very odd shaped driveway and he has no issues plowing it. He always has the driveway done the time we wake up in the morning.  I have him on speed dial but I have not needed to call as he is always responsive to my emails.  I will continue to work with him.

I had a very poor experience with John. I have a fairly large and somewhat difficult drive but over the years people certainly could plow it. John could not plow it like anyone else ever could. He would not get the apron in front of the garage even after repeated requests -says he couldn't do it. The last time we spoke about it he hung up on me. In 20 years he was the worst plower I had.

The plusses were these:
They came pretty well on time to plow when there was 2and quot; or more of snow.
The price was better than what I've had offered in the recent past.
The minuses:
They wouldn't do a complete plowing of my driveway. I admit that I have a long driveway and it is somewhat difficult to plow. I've been told that before. However, when someone comes over and looks at your drive, takes your money to initiate a contract I think they then should do a good job.
My garage sits perpendicular to the rest of the drive and only once in this winter did John come and set his truck square to that drive and pull all the snow away from the garage pad. All the rest of the times they came in on an angle and pulled about 50% of the snow away (I've got pictures). I called John 3 times to complain about the incomplete job and he complained about how hard it was.
I watched them plow my drive numerous times and it always seemed that they wanted to plow it like the short regular drives they work with. In and out in under 2 minutes or something. I'm sure my price was more than these type of drives. They could have taken just 30 or 45 more seconds to square the truck up and plow it fully.
The incomplete plowing left snow piles where I come out of the garage. If it melted and froze later that day the snow left which then had tire tracks in it was an icy, bumpy mess.
The third time I called John he was in his truck. He had just plowed the drive in the incomplete way. The call ended with him hanging up on me. That was the last time I called.
There was also a bit of a sloppiness on the drive that was always left behind. Another sign of a 'rush' type plowing job and he didn't always hit the snow in front of the mailbox on the street.

They provided a quick quote, I accepted it, they came out right away and staked my property and came every time it snowed.

The price is good and they do a good job. I never had issues with them in terms of punctuality.

They are reliable. They notify me by email if they are not going be here. For some reason if they have to cancel or change our schedule they notify me by email. Otherwise if they say they are going to be here by Wednesday they will be here by Wednesday. If I have a question or if I want them to do something additional I can email them and they respond quickly. They are courteous. They clean up and do a nice job. I pay $ 25 if they do just the yard and $ 35 if they do they yard and the extra lot we have behind that has no structures in it. The price is fair and reasonable. I will use them again in the future.
