NINH ALTERATIONS

Ninh Sam did an outstanding job of repairing and redoing my treasured WWII USAAF Bombardier Flight jacket - it looks like new!! I am extremely pleased with his professional craftsmanship and his creative abilities while working with leather. He basically restored the jacket to MILSPEC design and it looks amazing! I will have many years of using the flight jacket as my primary motorcycle cruising jacket! Thank you Ninh for the stellar work on the WWII flight jacket! My experience was with the Northland Drive store. The alterations were very good. The two shorter dresses were taken by them to the Kentwood store, which was fine with me, and relined by the husband. However, the alterations to the long dress were done by the wife at the Northland store. The alterations themselves were fine, but she ruined the beaded and sequined band around the waist of the dress, tried to repair it and lied to me about it. I spend 3 days before we had to leave town for my only daughter's wedding running around town for matching beads and sequins and filled in the empty areas of the band myself. I am not a sewer or crafter, so this was very stressful.

Went in at 10 am to find out how much and how long to fix and he said that he could have it done by 2 pm. The work was excellent and you can not tell that it was repaired.

The price was comparable to other places and the service and timing was great. The place I use to go to would take 2 to 3 weeks for a job like that, very happy with Nins's. I cannot say enough about the quality and timing, will never go any where else.
