We are an employee owned company, where all employees are members and, thus, have a stake in our doing good work and providing excellent customer service. We stress integrity in all our dealings. Three partners came together out of a company that closed its doors and formed New Leaf.

Co. one spent less than 2 minutes looking at the damage (inside only) and gave a price.
Co. number 2 also only looked at the inside damage , and quoted the job with a number of exceptions .
Dave Wygmans from New Leaf . Dave inspected the inside damage in detail ( using a ladder ) spent about 5 minutes , he than went up on our roof to inspect it as well as to take photos. He than sat down with us and discussed his background in construction and project engineering . He discussed the photos with us and said he would get back with a quote after he and his staff reviewed the photos.
The next day we received a quote which included the roof photos , detailing what damage there is, and the details required to repair.
This included 2 areas on the roof required new shingles , I/W protection ,Flashing , roof decking . They also replace damaged insulation & drywall , as well as replacing the Sky light
They were on time , the work was completed exactly as they described and for the price quoted.
As required , we will use New Leaf Construction for any of our home repair work.
