Millbrook Service Co

Since I purchased the TV directly from the Samsung factory, I relied on the two repair companies they recommended: the first was out of business and Milbrook Service Company. I used Millbrook. Today I read a review of Millbrook in another service where the customer didn't receive his TV back for over 90 days. Wish I had seen that one first. 8/27/08 Millbrook says two week to repair. 8/28/08 Millbrook picks up set. 9/1/08 Millbrook calls with cost of repair. Ok'ed 9/8/08 I call Millbrook to ascertain the date. Am told "On the weekend of 9/19/08. No delivery. 9/17/08 I call, Millbrook says part hasn't been ordered. Will call me back. 9/22/08 No call back. They will get back to me in 48 hours. 9/22/08 to 9/30/08 Several more calls. They will get back to me in four days, they will call me back immediately etc. No call backs. 10/2/08 I go to Millbrook and confront them. They say they will have it done by the weekend of 10/11 10/9/08 Since they do not work on Friday till Monday and they haven't called, I go to Millbrook at 3;45 PM. They say it will be delivered that evening. It is. 10/10 to 10/13/08 We find out that all the HD channels and information from comcast are not converged. 10/13/08 I call them. They say they didn't know I had HD. I said I told them "all channels" They said they would pick it up and give it priority. 10/14/08 No calls. I call and they pickup. 10/15/08 I call. They call back and tell me that my Comcast box must be causing the problems. I should trade it in and bring to them before they can complete. Comcast is open till 7:00 PM. I trade it in and bring it to them at 9:00 AM the next morning. 10/16/08 I stop in again at 3:45 PM as they haven't called me. It is ready Delivered on 10/17/08. Fifty days from start to finish. It works. ( A few problems as some vertical lines are curved, but I would be afraid to take it back to them as I might never see it again}. They used a HD DVD instead of the comcast box I had to bring them.
