MIDAS AUTO SVC EXPERTS

It went great! They changed my oil, rotated my tires, topped off my fluids and gave the car a once over to make sure nothing jumped out at them as being a problem. This is the only place I will take my car now. They are kind, respectable and honest. As a woman, I am apprehensive when having work done on my car, but they have not tried to take advantage of me, and are very helpful, even showing me what the problem is.

Good, I brought in my own parts; which saved me some money. I actually brought in both the inner and outer tierods and after getting the wheels off they said I didn't need to replace the outer ones, so that was surprising.

I took my car to Midas for an oil change, tire rotation, and to figure out why my low coolant light was coming on. Bob (I believe he is the
owner) was very friendly. He called me about 45 minutes to an hour after I dropped off my car and explained what was wrong (needed a new radiator) in terms I could understand. He told me the price and I gave him permission to proceed with the repair. I picked my car up about 4 and a half hours after dropping it off and it was ready to go. It drives great and I am not having any problems. Midas was very fair on their prices and did not make me feel like I was being taken advantage of (I have experienced that as a woman at a few car repair companies). Bob seemed very knowledgeable and was very nice - even making sure I got to use the coupons they had. I will absolutely take my car there for any repairs I need in the future. It is so nice to find an honest car repair company.
