WARNING! Terrible customer service. It took McAndrews and Associates TWO MONTHS to prepare a simple 1040 (with normal deductions) return for my business. I reminded them that I paid up front when I did not get my tax return completed by the one month mark. It still took them another month to prepare the return. When I asked why my taxes had increased almost $4000 thousand dollars from the previous year, the preparer got combative and couldn't answer my questions. H&R Block did the same exact return in 5 days (I had H&R Block redo the return from scratch). When I had questions for H&R block, they sat down with me and explained everything (I still owed money, but far less). I am very satisfied with all of the tax returns H&R Block prepared for me. I will never use McAndrews and Associates again. Save yourself the trouble and go to H&R Block or any other accountant you can find.
