Roofing, Insulation Service
We weren't happy with them. They were timely and professional in terms of responding and getting to work and getting it done. But, we had ongoing problems with leaks in our new roof. We had at least 3 leaks and even since then we've had more leaks. A lot of their response was just oh, you need insulation in the attic. They did that and they caulked. We had to call and call to get them to do stuff. Then when we had the worst leak of all we needed our living room ceiling redone. We called and called and they never answered back. The initial service and responsiveness I would've graded an A, but once they finished and it rained I would have to rate them an F.
