If I could give a zero start I would. We paid for our installation and were told we would get a call within 10 business days to have our carpet installed. After numerous calls in to Lowe’s we have yet to be scheduled for install. When you call to talk to someone you are on hold for 15-25 minutes after which you are then transferred to the person handling your install. This person is never available and you have to leave them a message. When they call you back, if you miss the call while working etc, they leave you a generic number to call back and start the hold process all over again. When I asked for a direct number, I was given a number to the Ionia County Dispatch for the police department. I am a big fan of Lowes, but we will never use their installation services again. This is the fifth install we have had done and four of them have gone this way.

The price was not bad. I think it was like $2000 for a whole house. It is a smaller and older doors. It was the door, windows and a slider about 9 windows. They are easy to clean.

Initially, there was some miscommunication between myself, Lowe's and the installers. I had told the Lowe's sales person that I wanted to have new linoleum tiles installed over existing linoleum tiles (possibly containing asbestos), and was told this would be okay. However, when the installer arrived, he explained that the existing tile was in poor condition and would have to be removed first. I had to to so and reschedule the installation, which was fairly frustrating. It seems to me that the Lowe's flooring department could have told me that my existing tile would have to be inspected first. The installation itself went very smoothly. The installers were extremely professional and worked quickly.

We did a lot of home improvement last year. They were very punctual. They came in and gave a good, accurate estimate. Everything came through perfectly. All of my windows had to be custom made. They told me five weeks, four weeks and three days later, they called me and said my windows were done. They installed them the week after that. I have them come out and bid on the front.

Very professional, in an easy, friendly manner.

If you can find someone to wait on you that is the first challenge. Then if they don't tell you the product is unavailable they send you on a run around the store until you can find someone who really know what you are asking for. Many times I have been told they don' t have what I need only to look around and find it myself. When I was shopping for flowers in June I asked the girl in the plant department where the Geraniums were. She responded with and quot;What are geraniums?and quot; Really...

I buy a lot of stuffs at Lowes for remodeling. They are fairly knowledgeable and very helpful.

The washer was installed first. I had thought I my existing washer was electric (came with house when I purchased in 2004), so I had purchased an electric washer. It turns out, the existing washer was gas. When the installer went to pull it away from the wall, a flow of gas was inadvertently released from the over-extended gas connection tube (since he nor I was aware there was a gas connection). After smelling the gas, the worker immediately found the outlet and turned the gas off, so I was grateful for that! Otherwise, the installation of the new washer went very smoothly. 
The dryer was brought in, but not installed, which is all the workers could do for me, as I still needed to have an electrician come out to put in an appropriate electrical outlet to handle the dryer. They did haul away both my old washer and dryer with no problems.
A side note: about 2 weeks later, there was a Lowe's truck delivering something to my neighbor directly across the street. One of the workers was one of the same ones who had delivered my washer and dryer. He saw me out on my front deck and yelled out hi and asked me how my washer and dryer were doing. I just thought that was a nice personal touch!

It was wonderful. They did 2 rooms for carpet and hardwood. They were very professional and got the job done quickly. It looks great.

The price was good on the product. The only issue I had was that the installer was a little messy. My experience at Lowe's was great their staff was very helpful.

Three weeks ago, had tiles installed. Was told it would take 3 days. Installer called each day to either reschedule or to postpone. Once tiles were finally installed, found a brand new scratch on our brand new counter top. In addition, tiles are installed very unprofessionally, leaving large gaps and spaces where tiles should have been cut more precisely.
We hired installer, not because we don't know how to install subway tile ourselves, but didn't have time in our work schedule.
We called Lowes back and sent pictures of the scratch and the tiles.
They were supposed to address the counter top, but have deferred to the tile installer instread. Tile installer then came back out to address tile installation, and blamed poor quality of tiles for the reason for the poor installation. Not impressed with their lack of accountability.
Now, 3 weeks later, trying to decide whether or not to cut our losses, or finish ourselves. We are out 1100.00 and aren't very happy. Usually love Lowe's quality and customer service.
Just can't believe they hire people like this to subcontract. The installer represents himself as and quot;Tony from Lowe'sand quot;, however, Lowe's says they subcontract through DeWolf tile installers.

We worked with one of the Lowe's salespeople on the purchase of Pergo Max laminate flooring for our basement. He was super knowledgeable and helped us buy everything we would need to do the job ourselves. He gave us all kinds of tips and pointers as well. We would definitely go back and purchase flooring from Lowes again. Excellent experience.

They sent someone to install it. We were real pleased with the job that they did. They did a very good job; it looks as good as we had hoped for. It took them about three weeks to come out and start the work.

The installers were courteous and they did the job right. I was satisfied with the installation and so far, the washer has performed well.

Installation went well. The guys were very nice. They seemed to know what they were doing. I'm very satisfied with the end result. They cleaned up after themselves. They answered all of my questions quite well. I would recommend them.
