I would definitely give them a high quality rating. The price and the service, for a season it was a third of what we were paying with True green. For the season I pay for weed, irrigation, and grub treatment and fertilization. 6 treatments. It works out very well, much more reasonable and the quality of is much better.  Yes, and I have referred them to 3 other people that build new houses in our subdivision that just had new lawns put in this year. It has been much more pleasant experience overall plus the price is much more reasonable.

We hired them to aerate the lawn doing a neighborhood group rate. The company contacted each home privately via email to confirm our appointment and to let us know when they were coming out. They said 10/4 or 10/5 but never showed. I called twice the week they were scheduled to come out and was told they were rain delayed, then told my paperwork wasn't on the desk so they were either on their way or we're working OT Saturday. Monday afternoon rolls around and they still hadn't come so I called again. First was told they cancelled me due to my lack of communication to confirm I wanted the service. I disputed this telling her I had email confirmation. Then I was told that they drove by my home and left because the sprinkler heads weren't marked (they were spray painted around with big red circles since Sunday) It took me getting upset for the receptionist to forward my situation on to the lawn manager who came out same day and completed my aeration. I planned to purchase weed and feed through them because they were quick to mail out a competitive quote and I let the receptionist know this and that I was disappointed. She told me I needed to understand they are taking a big risk coming out to do work for someone who isn't a standing customer??? After this experience will be looking elsewhere.

They are good. They call me back if I call them. They come when they are scheduled to come. I would use them again in future.
