carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreBoth times I called, I was able to schedule a visit within a few days. Appointments were made giving a 2 hour range, 9-11, and they arrived within the time period. They worked quickly, got the job done, and were gone. Pleasant but not overly talkative. The fact that they had good prices for doing only a few rooms was a plus for us as we have lots of "stuff" and aren't able to clear out a large area to qualify for most multiple room discounts.
Description of Work: The first trip they cleaned half the carpet in a very large living room as well as a hallway carpet and the entry area. They removed a huge stain that I had tried several times to remove with no luck. They gave me tips to prevent wicking of the stain back to the surface. On a subsequent trip, they did the remaining half of the living room and the carpeted stairs. Each time they let me use the configurations I requested to qualify for their 2 room special. They moved large pieces of furniture and returned them to their places putting protective blocks under the legs.
