Both times I called, I was able to schedule a visit within a few days. Appointments were made giving a 2 hour range, 9-11, and they arrived within the time period. They worked quickly, got the job done, and were gone. Pleasant but not overly talkative. The fact that they had good prices for doing only a few rooms was a plus for us as we have lots of "stuff" and aren't able to clear out a large area to qualify for most multiple room discounts.
