We used Jay's services for years with no issue, but the quality began to drop and our gate was broken. It looked like an honest mistake, as if the mower hit it a bit too hard. I call to discuss the situation and was shocked at how I was treated! The receptionist was beyond rude. The owner refused to even discuss the situation. He claimed the gate had been broken "for years". When I tried to explained that the gate was only a year old, the receptionist yelled at me and called me a liar! Stay away from this one.
