JACK'S WHOLESALE WINDOWS & SIDING

Money was paid, parts were ordered and after 5 months of nagging, someone finally showed up. During COVID, he was unmasked and used our restroom! He didn't know how to do job, left it unfinished, and someone else had to come out & complete it. Don't believe them when they guarantee product. Manufacturer of our window had gone out of business, so warranty void, we had to pay for parts, however this stellar service was free. We asked for some of our money back due to ordeal & needless to say they never got back to us.

They couldn't get the number straight to coordinate with my wife. They kept calling my cell at work. When they called to schedule the measurement, I told them to call my wife and provided her phone number. THEY NEVER CALLED AND JUST SHOWED UP. One window did not fit correctly and the installer said he would have to come back and fix it. I had to chase them down. I kept getting promises of call back that never happened. It has taken me 5 calls to get them back out. Finally, 7 weeks later, they are scheduled to come out. One window has about 3 inches of calk rather than fitting correctly on the bottom sill. I'm not happy at all. I would not recommend!

Salesman was very informative and offered special discounts if I signed a contract that day. When the installers came, the first thing they did was remove the old picture windows. They then realized the windows they brought were the incorrect color. They had to install them anyway so that I would not have a hole in my living and dining room. The other windows that they installed came without the grids that I had paid extra for. These had to be reordered. Although the installers did a very nice job installing the windows and cleaning up afterwards, my interactions with Jack's office and management staff was absolutely unacceptable. It took many months to have everything corrected and acceptable. Due to this I would never recommend Jack's to anyone.

I TALKED THEM DOWN ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS. THEY WERE VERY GOOD AND EFFICIENT. THEY DID IT ALL IN ONE DAY. THEY ASKED ME TO COME AND INSPECT EVERYTHING, WHICH I WAS HAPPY ABOUT.
