We are very pleased with our new roofing and gutters! Irish did all the roofing in one day and the gutters in less than a day. The crews were friendly, with good communication and questions about what we wanted. Update: They called the unhappy neighbor and apologized. Im satisfied with the roof, but the workers left a mess of scattered nails and roofing debris on the neighbors driveway and lawn. Now I have a (new) neighbor who is angry with me and that is never good. And frankly I don't blame him, contractors leaving that kind of mess is not ok. So I contacted Irish Roofing to report it and ask them to just contact the neighbor and apologize. So far (two weeks and three emails) I've gotten no response from Irish. Not ok.

Amazing! Mike was great and easy to coordinate with. The workers did an excellent job and cleaned up the yard beautifully afterwards.

The PM, Bill and Crew Foreman, Orlando were outstanding. Beyond pleased with the new roof. They communicated early and often throughout the process. From the first visit for the most reasonable estimate we had to the day after install, we are 100% happy with Irish's performance and craftsmanship. I highly recommend them for your projects.

Office staff were very professional and friendly! Excellent quality roof materials, Roofers were punctual and professional. The roof over our bay window would be considered non-standard construction. The folks at Irish met that challenge and produced great results!

I had nothing but top notch service from Irish Roofing & Exteriors. Not only did they come in with the best quote their explanation of what would be done was excellent. They communicated with me every step of the way. When the delivery of the new shingles was delayed they called to let me know what had happened. Even with the delivery delay they were still able to complete my roof within the time frame they had given me. Every person I talked to was friendly, professional, and timely. We would highly recommend Irish Roofing. The whole staff was very courteous and efficient. We have a very large, steep roof and the roofers finished it in 2 days. They worked very hard from 7 am to 9 pm in the heat. They took extra steps to protect our landscaping and everything was totally cleaned when they left. We would hire them again without a doubt.

Ben, the sales rep. 100 percent professional!! The office staff was helpful and strived to provide excellent service. The quote for our job was competitive but the workmanship was above expectations. The crew were super hard workers and they completed the job in one day. Left our yard clean and asked us to take a closer look at their work before they left. The gutter crew were very skilled at their job and left the site clean and made sure we were pleased. The crew leaders for both services were accountable for their workers and checked their work. The company was a complete package. We are so impressed we asked them back to put up new vinyl siding. Highly recommend Irish.

These guys were ABSOLUTELY fantastic! My husband and I own a flat roof home and we had roofing contractors come out to look at our roof and laugh. Irish's flat roof team is led by an experienced (I think he said 20 years) flat roof foreman, who really went above and beyond. We had a huge two day storm in the middle of our project and not only were these guys out DURING the storm to make sure it was holding, but also came out in the evening to reapply temporary metal that had fallen off in the storm. Absolutely awesome contractors. You would have thought it was their house with the amount of care and concern they exerted. We look forward to having Irish back out next summer to do other projects.

Met with the owner to get a quote for a new roof, gutters and vents. He was so genuine and knowledgeable. He gave us far more information than the other 4 bids we took and at a competitive price. I was amazed that no one else in the industry told us about Michigan Saves financing! Even when we discussed financing options! We could have paid cash for our roof, but finding out about this option from Irish while we have two kids in college was a game changer and I'm always going to go with the smartest option. That's Irish. The roofing team was quick and polite. Done in a day! And not a leaf of landscaping out of place when they left. The gutter guys were so nice to take their time with me when I started to worry about how it was going to look. They mocked up a piece on the house so I could see what they were doing before a single nail went into the siding. And that guy (I wish I remembered his name!) is a wizard at hiding them so they don't distract from the curb appeal of the house. The new venting is on point too. Ju, thank you for working with us on such a big and important purchase. Please thank the team that worked on our home for us. They are the best in West Michigan. I'm pretty sure my neighbors are jealous. ;)

The coordinator Mike was very nice and very friendly. He worked hard to put the two projects together (the new roof and part of sidings). However, the office had to reschedule two jobs for a few times due to the weather. Finally the roof work was done in one day, which had some minor issues found later. In the next day, Jose led his team to finish the siding job nicely. Also I was so impressed by their senior leadership Larry and Ju. They were willing to listen to customer's complaints. Jose then fixed the issues rapidly. I appreciate the service from this company.

Had a roof issue that was impacting a property sale, but were having a really hard time finding a roofing company to commit due to the timing so close to the end of the roofing season. Because it was a smaller job, Irish was able to squeeze us in and get the work done so that the closing could go through. We were pleased with the explanation of the work to be performed and the cost was reasonable compared to the other quote we were able to get. They did a good job cleaning up and even put the heating wires back up that they had to take down!

Well, after lots of planning, arranging financing and dealing with training and work schedules, I was finally able to get my 26 year old roof replaced yesterday. The roofing company I hired told me they could do the job in one day. I admit I was skeptical about that. The crew showed up 10 minutes earlier than I was told they would and they went right to work. Complete tear off and inspection/repair and the re-roofing began. They finished around 3:30 just as it was beginning to snow. All, and I mean all of the mess was cleaned up as if they'd never been there. Outstanding work! Thanks Irish Roofing and Exteriors!

I am very pleased with my new roof and the service from Irish. Getting the new roof on was delayed due to the weather (rain) but Irish was great at keeping me informed on what was going on. They sent a large crew over and got the job done in 1 day. There was no damage to my rain gutters and they did an awesome job in cleaning up when the job was done. They also followed up a couple of days later to make sure I was satisfied with their work. Roof looks great. Overall, a job well done by a company I could trust. I'd recommend them to others.

The guys at Irish are top notch. They came out and fixed a couple leaky vent pipe boots and replaced the surrounding shingles. They were very polite, courteous, and took the time to cleanup after the work was done. I had a phone conversation with the owner a few days later and I have to say he is one of the many reasons I will definitely use Irish again in the future. A straight shooter, no BS. The whole process from the estimate, to scheduling the work, to completing the work, was great.
