How the company stays in business is a mystery to me. When it came time to instal the glass replacements, all of them were missing the muntins . The company claimed we did not order them. We have a 60 yr old cape cod. It would look ridiculous w/o the mutins. Additionally, the replacement would not match the rest of the window. I found the receipt and proved my point. A reorder was made. During the instal, 2 of the windows did not fit and all of them had incorrectly placed mutins. These were replacements for defective glass. Many of the windows only needed one of the two replaced. How hard is it to get the muntim pattern correctly drawn on the order form! Another reorder was made. The windows were installed. This took months and one of the windows was still wrong! It took 4 reorders to get the bathroom window right, and we still do not have the locks for the windows (they were "lost"). We have called and called, stopped in and talked personally to the receptionist. There is always an excuse. To add insult to injury, they no-showed multiple times and were hours late when they did show up. Run, don't walk away from this company.
