+ -1 moreI HAD ONE PROBLEM WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY LEFT MARKS ON OUR WALLS WHEN THEY WERE DONE. WE HAD TO SIGN A WAVER SO WE COULDN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. OTHER THAN THAT THEY DID DO A GOOD JOB AND WE LIKE THE WAY OUR NEW CARPET LOOKS.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED CARPET IN ONE ROOM IN OUR HOUSE.

+ -1 moreI WAS NOT PLEASED AT ALL WITH THIS COMPANY. I ORDERED A WINDOW IN JUNE, AND I DIDN'T GET IT UNTIL OCTOBER. WHEN THEY BEGAN TO INSTALL IT, IT WAS THE WRONG ONE. THEY STILL HAVEN'T GOT IT RIGHT YET.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY DISORGANIZED. THEY HAD A LOT OF MIX UP WITH THE CARPET ORDER INITIALLY. THEY DID CORRECT THE PROBLEM, WHICH WAS VERY ADMIRABLE OF THEM.

+ -1 moreIT WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THEY TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN TO US WHAT THE FLOOR WOULD DO IF WE DID THIS OR DID THAT. THEY ALSO TOLD US WHAT WOULD WORK BEST TO INSTALL THE FLOOR.
Description of Work: WE WENT OUT TO HOME DEPOT AND BOUGHT SOME HARDWOOD FLOORING FOR THE KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM AND HAD IT INSTALLED.
