First, I went to the store to get an approximate cost for the door and installation and schedule a guy to come out and measure.  After that step was done, I went back to the store to get the end cost and pay to get order in.  In addition to the young lady that originally assisted me, a man was there working with her that I happened to know.  As she was telling me that due to the measurements they would have to special order the door which almost doubled the cost of the door, he was looking over the order, rather skeptically.  I asked him if there was a problem and he said he's double checking everything because they often special order doors when they don't need to.  I could tell the lady wanted him to butt out, and we went on with the sale.  When the guy came out to install the door, all the measurements were wrong, he had to take the special sized door back and get a standard size "in stock" door, but now his materials are off because of all the bad measurements and he couldn't finish the job, making another appointment necessary.  He actually wanted me to finish it, telling me what to go get, and I said no way, I paid a lot of money to have this work done so he agreed to come back.  He said he would get the materials and call me, which he did not do.  I called him 5 days later and he acted like he could hardly remember me, but said he would go the next day and get what he needs and call me, which he didn't.  I called him 2 days later and he said, you have to call Home Depot to reschedule, so I hung up and called them, which at this point now I have spoken to them 3 times about all the problems and never once did anyone say, gee, I'm really sorry about the mixup and inconvenience.  The lady now says you don't call us to reschedule but she said she would have a company to call me and reschedule, which later day they did.  The installer came back out 4 days later and finished the job.  The work he did was very good and I love the door, but I feel Home Depot was going to rip me off and turned a one day job into a fiasco.

It couldn't have gone any better then I expected. He took the old unit and quickly installed the new one.  He did a really good job of cleaning up as well.

They were excellent with the service and they were really helpful in everything. They got the stuffs for us and they took us to where we needed to go. They'll take you to someone who knows exactly the whole process and the best products that are needed to be use.

started at nine in the morning and finished at three in the afternoon, doors fit well, bolts and locks work fine, did a very good job

THEY HAD GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. WE HAD HOPED THE PRICE WOULD HAVE BEEN LOWER. OVERALL THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. WE WERE GLAD WE CHOSE THIS COMPANY.

THEY ACCOMPLISHED THE JOB IN A VERY REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES VERY WELL. THEY GAVE US SOME HELPFUL TIPS FOR UP KEEPING OUR YARD THROUGHOUT THE YEAR.

THEY DID GREAT WORK AND THEY SHOWED UP ON THE TIME THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE. I ALSO LIKED HOW RESPONSIVE THEY WERE TO MY QUESTIONS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANY ONE THAT NEEDS THEIR GUTTERS DONE.

WE ARE VERY GLAD THAT WE CHOSE THEM FOR OUR DOOR. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE GARAGE DOOR LOOKS AND WORKS A LOT BETTER NOW.

THEY ARE A VERY GOOD COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. THEY DID EXCELLENT WORK. THEY WERE VERY POLITE THE WHOLE TIME THEY WERE HERE. THEY HAD A VERY BIG SELECTION TO CHOOSE FROM. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE JOB THEY DID.

THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL WITH THE WINDOWS. THEY MADE SURE THAT WE HAD EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED AND THAT IT WAS IN OUR PRICE RANGE. I AM GLAD WE CHOSE THEM TO DO THE WORK.

THEY WERE GREAT AND PROFESSIONAL. I THOUGHT IT WAS GOING TO BE HARD TO PUT IN A NEW GARAGE DOOR, BUT THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING SO I'M HAPPY WITH IT.
