HOLWERDA BUILDERS

I took pictures every time (approx. every 3-4 days) since I lived far away. I noticed some building structures and had them corrected before they continued ,that's when I became a bother to them, I'm pretty sure. It took forever for there right hand man to fix the cabinets misaligned, plumbing not tighten after drywall was installed. I had to fix my own electrical,(wires not seated correctly) There fix it man ended up arguing with me on the differences I had with the workmanship. Now , I have been calling after x amount of years(7), about my concrete issues (supposedly 10 yr. warranty) 2nd time(1st was my leaking basement, and had to fix it myself), and now the continuing flaking and deterioration of my garage walls and parts of my house.(I was told the contractors poured bad concrete) How was we to know, when I first detected it, and was told it takes curing time. The know contractors no longer exist, so the warranty work is no good, I kept calling Holwerda"s warranty service, and only to receive 1 call back to try and help me, and never heard from them again. They folded, and now resubmerged as Sterling Homes. I guess I should have built this home myself, I do have the knowledge, but was figuring paying someone else to do it for me. Please be aware of these people!
