Handyguy Ryan

I was not happy at the beginning last summer, he had a helper who I was not really happy with the job that the helper did, washing the house.  But Ryan went ahead and corrected everything.  I really don?t blame him because he corrected it and I was fine with the final outcome of it.  He does not have that helper anymore.  

I guess my only problem was he does not always keep his hours, sometimes he stays late and it is disruptive because there are things I cannot do while he?s still here working.  He stays later than 5:00 pm.  His work is fine.  He responds right back.

It went fine, however, when they drilled up through the basement, they did not clean up all the shavings.

Ryan did a great job.. We have used Ryan over the last year on a variety of projects at my Mom's home in Grand Rapids and he has always done a great job.. On this latest project Ryan painted the exterior of the house and built and installed a new deck rail that we had on top part of our breezeway area.. The deck railing he built has a little gate that opens also so we can get out on top of the rest of the breezeway roof area if we have to for what ever reason ( i.e. possible to shovel the snow off or do other repairs if necessary..).. He painted the railing also the trim color of the exterior paint job he did.. He did and outstanding job on the exterior painting of my Mom's house and inspected the wood for any dry rot that would need to be repaired before he continued painting.. He also removed / replaced an metal Awning over the door that you use to go out on the upper breezeway area, because after the original had rusted out over the years..
All this makes it look great and has brought back the luster of what i remember my Mom's house looking like when we were growing up their back in the day.. Ryan is honest and has great integrity.. He's a person that you can count on in your home improvement projects team.. I would defiantly continue to use Ryan in future projects.. Thanks Ryan for all your help..

He provided a prompt estimate, showed up as scheduled and did a nice job for the price he quoted. I would use him again.

Ryan did an outstanding job and was very professional.. Ryan was on time everyday and completed the work on time
as advised in his time estimation.. Ryan went the extra mile and also helped my sister with her auto garage door at her
home.. Ryan did numerous other little repairs within the overall job... Ryan repaired some of the damaged stairs on
the stairway.. The wood floors look brand new now.. I can't say enough about how good /dependable/reliable/trustworthy
and refreshing it was finding a guy like Ryan.. Ryan is diffidently a key person to have on your team for your home
improvement/rehab projects.. I plan on painting my mom's home in the spring.. I plan on using Ryan for that project
and have full confidence that he will do an outstanding job on that also.. Thank you for a great job Ryan..

Over all wonderful company and they did a great job.

Over all the work as descent for the price.I think he did a fair job for the price he offered.I would use them again in the future.
