Guaranteed Appliance Repair

Didn’t take anything apart on fridge, read temps in freezer and fridge and declared it not worth fixing ($700-$800). Stove needed new control board (about $350+ total). Didn’t feel good about his method so called in a second opinion. This guy was thorough and long story short, for less than $300 got both operating correctly again (just needed to defrost the damper door on fridge, stove needed two new igniters). Ricks method would have cost me closer to $2500 - $3000if I replaced that fridge. Not a happy customer here. Glad I spent the time to research that he obviously didn’t.

Couldn't ask for a better response. Not only did Rick make the repair but did so on a Saturday early evening. Called about 5:15 pm Saturday and he was at our house in a little over 2 hours. Couldn't be happier. Had to pay extra for the emergency service which is to be expected but was worth it not having to worry about the frig going out completely.

Arrived on time, knew what the problem was, ( ti happened once before) Expedited the repairs, put it back together and left it clean.

He was able to see me the same day-- about two hours after we talked on the phone. He was cordial, quick, and professional, having the whole job done in about a half-hour if not less. The price was very good, and I wouldn't hesitate to call Guaranteed again.

The said it was our fault it broke and used plyers on it ( it was broke off very close to the timer, wasn't enough sticking up to use pliers). Said he would call before coming, the first time he didnt call. then when he came to install the part, he came a day before he said he would and didn't call at all.

Went great, came out right away and fixed the problem. Excellent service. Would recommend

Rick came in and serviced my dryer which went pretty good. We thought it was fixed. but when i went to dry my clothes the next day, there still was no heat, So I called Rick back out and he checked it out again and found a switch that was shorting out. He put a new one in and whammo its up and heating again. I say thank you, thank you

Rick and grandson arrived during timeline set, with a previous call to say they were on their way. The repair was made in a professional manner. We have a small U kitchen and not much room to work which made it hard to maneuver, the refrigerator being in the corner against the back wall. We are very pleased with the service and will call again if we need again.

They were wonderful.  Came on a Saturday when I had a house full of people and repaired my dryer. Prompt, and very responsible. Had it running on no time flat.

Will use them again.

Rick drove over and took apart an oven that had stopped working in a rental. He found the issue quickly and because the oven was over 12 years old and what was broken, he recommended we replace it. He showed up with only one day's notice and even showed up a little early. His cell phone has some challenges, but he was very good about staying in contact and following up!

Our refrigerator was not holding it's temperature, they checked everything out and it ended up being a minor repair.  With the age of the refrigerator they suggested making the repair.  It has been over a year and things are still working well.

I was happy he gave me options and was patient explaining the problem.  They were running late but I had to call them(two minutes before they were scheduled) to see their timeframe instead of receiving a call letting me know they were running late.  They worked fast and I was happy with the results.

Vendor was on time and seemed to know what he was doing.  He followed up twice after he left to make sure everything was working well.
