GRAND RAPIDS TILE

The initial product looked great, however, not long after the work had been completed the grout started to chip and come out in several areas throughout the newly tiled floor. After leaving many messages the owner finally responded. He came to my home, re-grouted the problem areas and said he would come back and and take care of any additional issues should they arise. Within one week the grout started to come out again in all of the originally effected areas. After several attempts to reach the owner I have still not received a response. We have been informed that much (if not all) of the tile he installed will likely have to come out and be reinstalled or replaced in order to get the flooring up to the quality it should have been from the beginning. I would definitely not recommend hiring Grand Rapids Tile or Roger Stelma for any tiling jobs. We have been dealing with this for almost 2 years.
