I just had to hang up on the person who is answering the phone there this morning. I have no idea about the level of quality of their services but based on my phone call, I will never find out. I called asking some basic questions about their services. I felt that the person was extremely rude in answering my questions and made me feel like I was stupid for asking basic follow-up questions like, "do you remove the dead rodents?" Maybe she was just having a bad day or maybe 10 people had asked the same question that morning, but in my opinion it was unprofessional and with all the other choices on Angieslist, I will not be giving them my business.

Bees came back another spot after first spray, so they came back at no charge to reapply and appears gone now.

They were the only ones that didn't try to sell us a large, expensive, unnecessary treatment plan. They also gave us a guarantee for a year. The service was excellent.

They came out, and they were fine. They were great. They had the right stuff to kill the insects, which was the important thing. We didn’t get any different pricing from anybody else.

THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME FOR OUR APPOINTMENTS. THEY HAVE DONE AN EXCELLENT JOB MAKING SURE WE DON'T GET ANY BUGS. EVERY TIME THEY COME TO OUR HOUSE IT IS ALWAYS A GREAT EXPERIENCE.

THEY ONLY HAVE TO COME OUT TO MY HOUSE ONCE YEAR INSTEAD OF EVERY MONTH. IF WE NEED THEM DURING THE YEAR THEY WILL COME OUT FOR FREE AND TAKE CARE OF ANY PROBLEMS WE MAY HAVE. THEY HAVE FIRST RATE SERVICE.

THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I ALSO LIKED THE WAY THEY MADE SURE TO SPRAY EVERYWHERE. IF I NEED TO GET PEST CONTROL AGAIN, I WILL USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

THEY WERE HERE ON TIME AND WERE VERY PUNCTUAL. THEY WERE ALSO VERY PROFESSIONAL ABOUT THE WAY THEY CONDUCTED THEIR BUSINESS. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AS WELL.
